Return and Cancellation Policy:
The customer has the right to return or exchange an item within the first 24 hours of receiving the order, provided that the nuts have not been used, opened, or otherwise utilized. The consumer bears the costs involved.
The customer also has the right to request compensation or exchange if the order arrives damaged or defective as a result of the delivery process, or if the wrong order arrives, provided that the complaint is filed within the first 24 hours of receiving the order. Candy Loz has the right to request proof of such damage or defect.
(In the case of electronic payment) The customer is not entitled to request a cancellation or refund if the customer delays receiving the order after it arrives in their city and the order has been sent out for delivery five times. The customer has the right to request a return if the return request is made early upon the order's arrival in their city. The customer has the right to cancel the order and request a return. The return is subject to the following conditions:
Return Terms:
1- All returned products must be in good condition, with the original tags and packaging.
2- The order must be returned within 24 hours of receiving the order.
3- Partial or partial returns are non-refundable; only the entire order is accepted.
Return Method:

2- We will provide you with the full Candy Loz address to resend the order to us via the shipping company that delivered it.
3- After verifying that the order has arrived in good condition, the order will be replaced or the amount will be returned to your account within a maximum period of 14 business days.
4- The customer bears the return shipping costs, and the amount will be refunded minus the shipping amount, including tax.
5- The maximum allowable weight for a trial is 20 grams. Any order that uses more than 20 grams will not be accepted.
Cancellation Terms:
If a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, the amount paid will be refunded within 7-14 business days after the shipment returns to Candy Loz.

2- After verifying the return of the order, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7-14 business days. We do not accept returns of orders damaged due to misuse or that have been substantially eaten. We reserve the right to accept returns of products that do not meet the above criteria.
3- From the time the shipment is received by the shipping company, the delivery period is 3 to 7 business days, including 5 business days. An additional 5 days are also calculated in the event of an emergency. If the customer requests a cancellation within this period, they will bear the shipping costs.
